The French rolling pin is a tapered pin that is used for rolling out any kind of dough. It is more efficient at flattening a ball of dough in comparison to the traditional pin because you don’t have to exert as much effort to flatten your dough. The taper in the centre of the pin gently forces the dough to disperse evenly to either side. Made of solid Canadian Maple.
